The Musky DY-21L has quite a bit going for it in terms of sound quality. While the bass isn’t extremely heavy, the sound quality is overall decent with an ‘open’ feel to it. It has clear high tones and good mid-lows. Unfortunately some of the functionality of the speaker makes it difficult and frustrating to use.
So I managed to get my hands on a cheap $20 action cam from Amazon. This is the identical internal hardware for those “1080p” action cams that go for anywhere from $15-$20 on eBay. I thought I was buying a slightly better cheap action camera and this was a good deal – but the listing was misleading and I ended up with a piece of garbage. Overall I really like this little camera. It’s got decent video quality for the price and some nice mounting hardware.
Summary The SooCoo C30 represents one of the best cost versus performance ratios currently available on the market and has excellent value. I would recommend it to those who want a cheap action cam as it has all the necessary features: a Sony sensor, decent still images, smooth 1080p60 and a gyro stabiliser. My only complaints surround the user interface and a little problem with the colour in direct sunlight. Overall, though this camera is not perfect, it is a great deal. I’ve drawn with a half dozen graphics tablets and I can say the Huion H610 is among the better I’ve used. The pen pressure works great, with decent weight variation. The tablet has a modestly rough texture to it, not exactly like drawing on paper but not smooth either. It reminds me of drawing on my old Wacom Intuos 2 in terms of handling – and that’s a good thing. The only parts that were difficult was the driver install.
This is a firmware test with the new Git2 firmware. Hopefully it fixes the colour balance problems I have experienced!
Not to be confused with Aukey (although I am sure Aokey would love you to be confused). The Aokey 10W Bluetooth speaker is a cheap little device – and its cheapness shows.
In terms of build and performance, the RavPower jump starter does the job. It charges phones, shines a bright light and jump starts vehicles. Jump starters are useful things to have for the peace of mind and the RavPower is a good option. I just wish it came with a hard case.
There’s a lot to like about this camera, but because of the issue getting the app to work I had to ding it a star. Since the camera works otherwise for local recording and through Firefox on a desktop, I gave it a 4, but if Foscam fixed the app it would be a 4.5 at least – maybe even a 5. compatibility is key here and this is something that could be pretty easily fixed in the future.
Overall, these headphones fit comfortably on my head and have a decent audio profile, with strong bass and clear treble. They’ll especially be loved by those who like heavy bass. They look good and the cable feels solid. My only concern is that they feel cheap – but at their MSRP it’s hard to expect anything else.
