It’s hard to appreciate just how small this tiny 2-in-1 is; and that’s what makes it one of the coolest devices we have reviewed to date. This niche laptop will not be for everyone as it does have some flaws, but those who are interested in this type of device will not be disappointed if they buy it knowing its limitations. Relatively snappy performance, full Windows 10 and a folding pen/touch design are its highlights!
This is a head-to-head with two great action cams from 2018. They’re both great values but with the video side by side it can help you decide which one will work best for you! Either way you are going to get an excellent camera – just that one will be better for some people based on how they use it. Planning to film in 1080p only? Save some money with the Firefly 8SE. 4K? SJ8 all the way.
The Seago SG515 is a decent electric toothbrush with one key feature – USB charging. In terms of cleaning quality, it is on par with brand name products such as Philips Sonicare, however the build quality feels much cheaper. Buy this product if you want a cheap USB toothbrush, but if you don’t care about the size of the base and the portability then buy this Philips instead.
As far a basic Android TV Box goes, the Scishion AI One gets the basics down and has better specs than some of the competition, but a couple limitations hold it back from being an easy to recommend device.
The SJCam SJ8 Pro is SJCam’s top end action cam with a feature set to match. With 4K at 60 FPS and stabilised real 4K at 30 FPS, on paper this camera has a lot going for it. Can it live up to the hype? Well…
This is a recommended budget real 4k cam with excellent video quality. We highly recommended it at its regular price, so with this deal it is a steal. It’s one of the cheapest real 4k cams you can buy domestically from a well reviewed brand.
Does someone in your house want an action cam for Christmas, but you don’t want to spend GoPro money? We’ve got you covered! Below is our list of top action cams for December 2018 at any price point, from cheapest to most expensive. Merry Christmas!
The SJCam SJ8 Plus is a great camera, except in one major circumstance: filming in 4K 30FPS with stabilisation turned can cause some stuttering. It may be our copy of the camera, however this issue makes the cam difficult to recommend when there’s several other cameras in the same price bracket that can film real 4K without issues. Step up to the SJCam SJ8 Pro for only a few dollars more.
The Viofo A129 is my current camera of choice, replacing my previous daily driver set up of the A119 + A119S. The A129 is a worthy successor to these cams, featuring clear dual 1080p with great night video. This is one of the first dual dashcams that I can recommend with ease, despite some little things that could be improved. If you want a single forward facing cam, get the Viofo A119 instead. If you want a front and rear setup without the hassle of wiring two separate cams, the A129 is a decent budget choice. And don’t forget a good memory card to go with this camera.
The SooCoo C30 has seen another price drop since our last post about it – this time down to an astounding $36. If you’re interested in a basic action cam but don’t want to spend the money on one, this is the cam to get. Click through the link about to get the deal.
